The look and feel as soon as we walked through the door. The helpful and friendly staff. The spacious room and it's amenities.
Our room faced the square and the noise at night from the square the first night we were there was frustrating.

We booked a twin room in advance, yet were given a double room upon arrival, frustrating. After moving to the correct room, we quickly faced another issue when the AC barely worked. To add insult to injury, when I requested a blanket late at night, the front desk staff couldn't help. I expected much more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
